We offer a telepsychiatry service for individuals suffering from early-onset psychiatric disorder, providing effective, evidence-based drug treatment to advance recovery and rehabilitation. We attempt to be systematic in our intervention trials, frequently using pharmacogenetic testing to inform our choice of agents. We attempt to utilize  nutritional and "natural" agents if available evidence justifies it. We expect our patients to be engaged in psychotherapy to assist in their recovery. We utilize a supportive and psycho-educational model of psychotherapy to introduce our patients to life style tools which we believe will enhance stress management and, ultimately, reduce symptoms as well as the risk of relapse.
